I did this today. A moving experience for sure. 5 laps on stairs and walked 3 laps on the track. My legs are now noodles.

Finally got outside for my first 5k run of the year. I’ve been running in the gym on a treadmill for a few months (not continuously) but being out in the sunshine and serenaded by birds - no comparison.
