This was the most heart-felt speech I've ever heard from. You made us pause and take stock of where we are and our own personal roles in this mess.

I just had this conversation with my husband this weekend.

I'm enjoying finding what I've forgotten about in my freezer. Apparently, I am deathly afraid of running out of corn.

Yeah. But not this democratic crew. Real advocates who fight for real people. Not the standard pearl clutchers.

Today I found a little black cat that had been hit by a car. He was only able to move his head & was so scared. Cars kept flying by & over him.

I ran out to get him. Scooped him up & raced to the nearest vet. He didn't make it. I heard his last 3 labored breaths.

It's been a rough day.

I was about to say, "Oh wow! So did my husband!", but it's you! lol

Hear! Hear! Just hosted a Prepper 101 Day at our place and made everyone eat some of my preps for lunch. I also came in in a pinch for a medical emergency for other friends a couple weeks ago.

Yup. Here we go again with less time to recover. Woooo.
