Ran a new PR marathon time! 4th overall, 1st in my age group, and a 2 minute and 25 second improvement! Lots of clothes but a lot of improvement! Set out to simply run a sub-3 again with the outside chance of winning and achieved a lot better time than I expected! Staying hot in the cold! 🏃🏼♂️🔥❄️🥇

Thankful…that this man lived, existed, and showed us better than almost any other (aside from Jesus) how to truly live as human beings and work toward a better world. I pray today (of all days) that our current leaders and politicians will follow his example and live out his vision. 🖤
