thanks, I didn't know I was getting pooled with other IP addresses, so it's possible that someone in the pool is triggering these problems. tomorrow I will set up VPN on this computer and see if that resolves the problem.

& if it helps, I am not using a VPN on the computer with the spinning circle nor my phone, but I do have it on on a separate computer where I was able to access my account
