Screenshot of a media headline stating Zuckerberg, gates and musk say the smart phone will be made obsolete soon. With Tim Cook disagreeing
For once I actually agree with Tim Apple, I love VR tech but it's not replacing phones. Nor is brain implants, which are about two decades away from public use anyway.
30.06.2025 13:47 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0News article from the guardian describing a pack of lions saving a 13 year old girl from assault by a group of men
A 13 year old girl was kidnapped, raped and beaten by a gang of men. A pack of lions heard the screams and saved the girl.
This is why women choose the bear, it's even safer when you pick a fucking lion
@teamlabouruk.bsky.social is an unelectable right wing mess. Every policy is from the right wing playbook. So the UK has a choice now of a party trying to be right wing, a party that failed at being right wing or a party that is right wing.
There are no fair elections in the UK anymore
@unlearnecon.bsky.social could we chat a little perhaps ? Maybe on one of your streams. I'm writing/making a video about capitalism and id like to make sure I'm asking the right questions and understanding the answers.
26.03.2025 13:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ukraine accepts the mineral deal which gives the USA a % of profits from mineral sales.
Just do what corporations do, make sure there are no profits by reinvesting the money and then you don't have to pay the USA tax
It's wild that the plot of Alex garlands civil war is a genuine and likely possibility
25.02.2025 23:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I hope other countries are watching. The USA will support someone invading your country, then force you to accept a deal where you have to give up your sovereign resources to the USA in exchange for...nothing.
Ukraine got fucked harder than bonnie blue

25.02.2025 23:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Good thing trump really respects the legal system and will totally back down if the court rules against him...oh...wait
20.02.2025 09:23 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Born in 82' for my entire life the USA has considered Russia an enemy of democracy right up until a genuine enemy of democracy was voted into office.
20.02.2025 09:21 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That won't work. Hell just ignore it. The USA genuinely needs to remove him via force. Dictators don't respect law or due process
20.02.2025 09:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0When/if America wrestles it's country back again every single person who supported the current regime at all levels needs to go to jail.
There's no excuses, everyone knew this would happen and they voted/supported it anyway. The destruction of democracy can't be treated as an accident.
Yeah that's basically it

05.02.2025 21:07 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I have a friend who watched Jimmy the giants video (youtu.be/OygHnodf0XM?...) about how the alt right uses outgroups to manipulate you into right wing thinking.
He said the video really spoke to him.
But is still very conservative and very right wing, and very red pill ..
Ok well let me contextualise it a little. If you ask the Chinese ai (deepseek) about tiannamen square or tank man it says it's only a language model and cannot help with that.
Sure there's little pressure now, but that is where the tech industry wants to take us eventually
I can find it on Google as well but if they're pushing everyone toward ai then we will have an externally curated experience. But also, why would Google instruct their ai to not talk about socialist policies ?
05.02.2025 17:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0As I said an authoritarian mush be physically removed.
There's not a single example of an authoritarian being removed via rules, laws, due process etc.
Take up arms and remove him is how it's always done
Uhhh guys, I think the internet is beginning to get censored... Researching a video and asked Gemini (Google ai) about FDR wealth tax. It started to answer then suddenly stopped, deleted everything and said it can't help...
05.02.2025 14:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0One thing you need to realise. There is no punishment for anything trump is doing. He's legally immune from it all. He can pardon anyone who isn't immune, making them de facto immune...
Why would they follow laws which literally don't apply to them?
If people have the power to ignore laws and not face prosecution (as trump does) why would you think that saying "hey this illegal!" Do anything?
Your laws mean nothing to him, figuratively and literally.
Their response is - they do what they want at the behest of trump, who is immune from any and all prosecution and if you arrest and convict anyone from doge trump will pardon them.
Trump and his entire staff have probably more power and authority than a king would.
I've made many videos about criminal cases and the one thing I can say unilaterally in all countries is talking to the police never ever helps your case.
Stay silent and talk only to your attorney. Even if you did nothing wrong and it's a total mistake and can prove it.
Say nothing.
Most other countries of the world has had an authoritarian dictator or two, the only way to stop them is never letting them in.
Once they're in they only leave when they're dead or arrested with military force.
This has never happened to America before, which is why people are still naive
Why do Americans think this will have any effect on trump? He ignored the law when he could be prosecuted not that he's immune hell just laugh at any court order and probably tear it up on live TV while telling his fans he was fighting the corrupt courts
05.02.2025 09:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Musk has been in Putin's pocket since he started spaceX. He got cheap steel from Russia. He's also in pings pocket too as he relies on china for labour.
They're ALREADY spies for Russia and china.
You have a president immune from any and all legal repercussions who can issue pardons to anyone who is vulnerable to prosecution. You might not want to admit it but these people will need removing by force.
Authoritarians never leave voluntarily
But when the president is immune from legal action why does it matter if what he does is illegal?
This is exactly why he wanted the supreme court to publish that argument.
He can also immunise his cronies with pardon powers. You'll need force to remove him
This is pretty much exactly what happened with standard oil, it's surprising how many times America makes the exact same mistakes due to it's worship of turbo capitalism
