Great ska punk gig from Los Fastidios last night at The New Cross Inn. Super support from Matty G and Lil Winter.

Fontaines DC at The Citadel in Berlin was really rather good.

Idles in Bristol. Possibly the best live band I’ve seen.

Great gig tonight at The Shacklewell Arms. Limbslacker Glass Eel Rosie Alena and Nyssa. Nyssa has an amazing voice.

I really thought my last choice was going to save me but Men An Tol didn’t find an audience.

Great show. I enjoyed Distraction4ever, Sassyhiya, Comet Gain and BAITS

Great night at The 100 Club for Wings of Desire ( my new favourite band) and Black Honey. Great gig.

I was very nervous about seeing Neil Young at Hyde Park as I really don’t like that venue but he surpassed all expectations. Cat Stevens was great too - what a voice. Van Morrison wouldn’t play a crowd pleaser to save his life.

I’ve owned the Ben Chapman Remixes since 1991 and only discovered the Norman Cook remixes this week. Fantastic stuff.

First time ever for me to lose my temper but told someone to go to the bar and stop talking as they were ruining my night during a gig at MJ Lenderman last week. It’s getting worse.

Pulp at The o2. What a gig! What a show! The new album sounded great and fitted in with some old classics.

You had a good spot. I loved it too. Her voice is amazing.
