Chauntyll Allen, a St. Paul school board member, was arrested in connection with the demonstration at Cities Church on Jan. 18.

Minneapolis civil rights activist Nekima Levy Armstrong has also been arrested. Mayor Frey has called for Levy Armstrong's release.

1/The law requires a judicial warrant based on probable cause signed by a judge to enter a home or private area in a biz (not an administrative one signed by an “immigration authority” ie a DHS employee). This is clearly unlawful conduct. ICE can’t change the law just because it doesn’t like it.

Nekima & Chauntyll have been released. The charges against them are some bs. MN needs to show up tomorrow to show we are not going to tolerate this anymore.
