Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.

If Thurgood Marshall said "No one is safe" in 1973 re the violent, racist culture & broad scope of Border Patrol, it is both pathetic & outrageous that Border Patrol wasn't reined in long before now.

Cable news hit = I think we're related through our great grandparents twice removed, and by the way you didn't mention that ICE agents are actually alien lizards
