Occasional visitor. Most accounts on blue sky would say I’m intolerant and block me. How inclusive is that?

Now it's become obvious that dr Upton manipulated the notes in his phone to get Peggie ousted from a job she performed for 30y without any complaints, are there still people in doubt about who is the villain in this story?
#NHSFife #Peggie
You heard it from your friends brothers sisters boyfriend, yes? Same as the witness who used it to smear a nurse with a faultless 30 yr record.
In other news. Theodore had already gone after a colleague who wd not affirm him. My barbers sisters baker says it’s cos he’s an AGP.
Here's the archive difference of NHS Fife statement first to latest version.
Clearly didn't calibrate their innuendo against Sex Matters well at their first go:
"NHS Fife is not seeking to suggest that anyone involved with Sex Matters have contributed to the behaviour or issues mentioned above"
The insanity is taken up a notch.
The NHS Fife just put out a statement that smears the barrister who represents nurse Peggie in her employment tribunal.
That alone should be ground for dismissal of the board imo.
I would put money on it being because Sandie Peggie was known to be a feminist and Dr Upton wanted to challenge and intimidate her so deliberately sought her out.

Some @thespectator1828.bsky.social thoughts on Sandie Peggie, gender ideology and the lanyardocracy that rules over us.
Upton is a respondent not a witness. When this tribunal resumes we will find out whether he lied to get an innocent nurse sacked.

What was stopping the bloke from using a cubicle in the males CR? In evidence he said EVERYONE else made him feel very welcome?

04.03.2025 11:58 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Everyone has human rights. Competing rights must be balanced. What balance did NHS Fife try to find? Other than telling the nurse to change somewhere else before showing her what trans rights really mean.
04.03.2025 11:57 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Trans ideology has lost many, many cases because it is not based in reality.
I wd maintain it’s not an obsession. More that people see an intersection of trans and reality and know which side is more likely to be right.
TWAM is not a belief.
If this report can be discounted because ‘unevidenced’ so can the Dr’s claim about the nurse leaving a patient.
As to your original Q. I wd say most people are hesitant to accept trans claims bc of a solid record of exaggeration, if not outright fabrication, by this cohort starting with TWAW.
What has your notion of Holyrood demonising trans got to do with reports of a health board meeting?
If folx are going to accept an unevidenced report of a nurse endangering a patient why won’t they accept a factual report of a health board deciding otherwise?
Did the health board that reached this conclusion not view evidence?
04.03.2025 11:01 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Peggie has the same human rights as the TW. Her rights were dismissed as unimportant compared to the demands of a man.

The nurse was victimised as a result, that’s an ordeal
Uptons KC is a transactivist. Her case was hopeless before it even started. “How did that make you feel?” is for podcasts not court.
Cunningham is building a case using the comparators in the EQA (Pete) and Uptons own evidence.
So there is a clear difference in approach.
Good questions. It always gets a bit spicy when a woman says no to an entitled man!

Dr Beth Upton will shortly be finding out the difference between true accountability and the persecution he heaped on a woman who just wanted to change clothes without a man unzipping beside her.
