Because I am angry I will share this again. One of the reasons that Israel is able to target individuals so precisely is that it collects every phone call in Gaza and stores the recordings in Microsoft Azure, then uses AI to analyze and pick targets.

Well it depends on the context. For most legal and social purposes, no, they're women. Only in specific scientific and medical contexts would their chromosomes be relevant.

If the person believes that their subjective gender experience causes their biological sex to actually change, then yes, that is a faith-based belief, regardless of whether they have surgery to alter their secondary sex characteristics to more closely resemble the other sex.

What's not faith-based? The surgery? The surgery itself would not be faith based. I used the word faith because it's something skeptics oppose. You could describe a belief not based on verifiable evidence as faith.
