😂 whatever works!! When I do take the time to really stretch I do the restorative yoga ones on the Nike Training Club app. I love it because you hold the stretches longer than you normally would. It’s so relaxing

I used to hate stretching and now it’s my favorite lol. Though I don’t stretch nearly as much as I should

Idk who needs to hear this but Cinnabon makes a popcorn seasoning and it’s not bad at all. Though you need to use more than you think you need if you want more than just a subtle flavor
