By sinking the floor before building up the shower pan, we're getting a smooth floor with no transition into the shower (there's a hidden secondary drain to keep water from getting out)...

Putting together these mismatched salvaged glass blocks for a wall was a challenge, but we used aluminum embedded in the mortar to tie everything together...

We're going to add some old school small square tile to the wall, but let's add a couple of soap boxes...

We started by framing up some walls and installing plumbing - luckily the old cast iron in the crawl space was already converted to ABS plastic...
