Thank you so much!
11.04.2025 22:36 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My last day will be April 24 (so, yes, I will be spending it covering Mayor Greenbergβs budget address!).
Thank you, for everything.
And support local news, always. ποΈ
Thank you to everyone who has shared their story with me and trusted me. It has been an honor.
I am so proud to have been a part of the @courierjournal.bsky.social newsroom. My editors and colleagues are incredible people, working long hours to write stories that matter.

I will share more details on my next steps soon.
For now, this is what Iβll say: if 16-year-old Eleanor could have created her dream job, my new opportunity would have been it.

It has been a wonderful ride β from falling in love with Louisville as an intern to being welcomed back with open arms as a full-time reporter.
It is hard to convey how much this city, its people, my colleagues and the rest of the Louisville media community mean to me.
Well, here it goes.
After nearly two wonderful years of being a part of this fantastic newsroom, it is with pain and gratitude that I announce I am leaving the @courierjournal.bsky.social.
Derby is a major opportunity for Louisville's mayor to showcase the city to VIPs who could bring lucrative business here.
Hosting them cost $100k+ last year.
This year, the city has failed to respond to Courier Journal records requests to see who's invited.
