Have you even read the original run of New Warriors? I absolutely loved that back in the day. Not sure if it is too ‘90s to age well, but it had great team dynamics and some fairly heady themes. Fabian Nicieza wrote it, and that guy doesn’t get enough praise. Plus Mark Bagley’s first major work.

Love Born Again! DD was the first comic I collected when I started reading back in the ‘80s, so I read Born Again in pieces as I bought back issues. I liked Squadrom Supreme too—dense but super cool! I need to check out that Avengers run. Thanks for the recommendation! Busiek! Such a talent!

Such a great comic! I’ve enjoyed all the Absolute comics, but Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman have been the best. Martian Manhunter is really cool too. But only WW really hits me in the feels :)

I love how old Dredd stories were in strip form! I have an old Dredd thing where the whole issue is done like a newspaper.

Morrison has worked with the wildest variety of artists. I remembering reading Animal Man at an age I was a bit too young to properly appreciate it, though I collected it thoroughly. The cognitive dissonance between the hyper detail of the Boland covers and the cartoony Truog interiors was intense.

Was there ever a One Big Happy crossover with Family Circus? I feel like they would have enjoyed each other’s company.
