The '90s have a bad reputation for a reason, even if I find people broadly dismiss the entire decade as if it was all this. Because right alongside this was the excellent Sandman Mystery Theatre, plus Daredevil by JM DeMatteis & Ron Wagner and Bob Hall's Shadowman (although this was its last issue).

I've never seen that before! Phil Hartman and Chris Farley stealing the show as always. I miss those two.
I love that they went to the trouble of creating that giant jar set with the fogging up glass just for a 5-second button at the end of that sketch.

This appeared to be a skip week for Marvel. It was a 5th week for comics so maybe they didn't have anything ready.

New Warriors appearance: Jubilee (who was once a member of the New Warriors) was supposed to babysit Jeff the Land Shark but it didn't go so well in last year's Jeff Week Infinity Comic. We're considering this to be set in its own alternate reality but it's still funny and adorable. More info here:

It's so lame!
It's always a little disappointing to me when modern writers don't give their stories story titles. But then there's this and maybe if you can't think of anything not actively ridiculous it's best to not have a title at all.
I am typically the only or almost the only one wearing a mask at the protests I've been going to. The protests are really the only social, public events I go to. I can't tell you what seeing this means to me. Thank you so much! And also, I love that portrait, you really captured your eyes.
28.07.2025 05:32 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I usually try to stick to one issue per publisher each day, but both from Marvel needed to be featured. Plus with the GCD down I couldn't really find a worthy issue from a non-Marvel/DC publisher where creator credits are listed on Mike's Amazing World from this week in 1975.
