California must protect the health, safety and well-being of all people, including people arrested in mass raids and detained in private detention facilities.

Private detention facilities don't just deprive people of their freedom. They tear families apart and turn human suffering into a business model. Billion-dollar corporations profit every time a Californian is caged, every time a family is separated.
