My orange cat has trained me to feel like bites are a gift he bestows on me. No idea how he did it but gee I feel special when he starts biting

I continue to be terrible at picking out cat toys. I really thought Jones would love the crackly fluff worm but he just looked at it with disdain. Then looked at me with disdain. I am the worst cat mum. #OrangeCat

I got stuck today. Something in my brain said ABSOLUTELY NOT to everything I wanted to do. These days are becoming more frequent, but at least there's the local deli, where there is fresh food with vegetables and the solemn lady behind the counter carefully rewraps my order for me #MentalHealth

I caught Jones sitting on Trixie and punching her with both hands after I went to bed last night, in the place she usually curls up to sleep. She slept with me instead and I think I need to give Jones more enrichment or something to stop this bullying behaviour

Just watched Inside Out 2. I'm disgusted by how perfect it was, and I am coherent right now because somehow it was perfect without the usual trauma that a good Pixar film usually rips me to pieces with. Genius.

Isn't it great how there are all these residential noise laws that builders can just ignore? I'm just really loving the constant banging, crashing, loud FM radio and yelling coming from the building site next door all day every day

My tabby cat Trixie just did that butt scooch thing that cats do when they get a dingle. Except she didn't have a dingle, she just stared me right in the eye as she rubbed her butt all over my kitchen floor. What a power move. #tabbycat

My orange cat has been giving me a quite thorough telling off for the last 10 minutes, while my tabby cat looms disapprovingly at me from the cat tree. I have no idea what I've done to earn this treatment

It took me 6 entire months, but I have finally watched all of Money Heist. It was excellent and I'm glad it accompanied me through the struggle that was winter 2023. I have now conquered both and can finally move forward 🎉🎉🎉
