The utterly shameless & widely covered "report" out today, claiming net zero will "cost" £9tn is based on:

* Assuming free fossil-fuel energy, free petrol cars, free gas boilers, free gas power plants etc

AND

* Including climate damages in the "cost" of net zero

I kid you not, it is that stupid

One thing that unites these people, above all else, is there never ending, self-pitying WHINING.

The "very painful things" they wrote were facts that you avoided tax, had to pay millions in fines, hid it whilst Chancellor then threatened legal action against anyone who reported it.

Just to clarify, I said that emissions are higher than ever, which means the *problem* is getting worse faster - not that they're rising faster. They are rising slower. Agree that it's looking like a plateau now and it's not totally clear what 2025 will be when the dust settles - all eyes on China!

Hello! Yes, that's right. Basically, Apple only allows podcasters to provide one tier, so we have kept that one as the DUAL + ad-free tier - and Patreon allows us to do more tiers which is where video DUALs and Fish XLs and merch et cetera all are. Hope that makes sense!
