8 hours on the phone and in chat, and they still haven't managed to transfer my service.
I go today to transfer the service back to my primary account, and during the switch to the secondary on the Fiber page, I get locked out of my primary account... (Because my GOOGLE PHONE's screen failed after a year) Only to be told: We can't , chat back tomorrow.
...Fiber "Support" is a joke.
So I moved, plugged my routers in, and called the Support number. They had no clue what I was asking for, and transferred me around for an hour back and forth and back and forth between Sales and Support.
My wife realized our same network name was up and working, so I just hung up on Sales.
...Everything other than the actual service from Google Fiber is a DISASTER.
I had to create a new Gmail account, because they couldn't transfer my service to a new address, but couldn't tell me why. They did say the previous tenant has an unpaid balance...
It was because the Jack was powered off
