update: I decided to finally nut up and post an employer review on Glassdoor yesterday, and they emailed me today asking if I'm sure I want to do this

meanwhile my last company is coping so poorly with my apparent betrayal. I asked my former manager (who I am/was very close with) if I could hand off a small gift for her next time I'm in the area, and she basically said she can't be seen with me lmao

Update: been at the new job for almost 3 weeks and holy shit it's been such a good change. big step up in pretty much every conceivable way.

I have had the same job title for 6 years. The whole company has not seen any raises in 2-3 years. We ALREADY make $10-15k under market value for our industry. sir you owe me WAY more than a 1-time drop of $200.

this man made me the main company trainer, sent me to other states for weeks to train people, made me an intern program coordinator, and keeps hiring useless men with no experience to dump on me. while expecting me to keep up 100% with my normal job.

so I just resigned my job of 6 years basically right after my wedding, and my boss (who was invited)(who has also been underpaying me for years) accused me of conning him out of a wedding gift. to my face.
