Cold/flu still has me firmly in its claws; did pop out and grab some essentials in case snow and ice get silly. I should just stick a camera out a window for #cold ... or at me, but not doing that, will shatter a lens ... so back to last weekend.

Hmm, covering of snow here, and sub-zero temperatures, so I think I will be hiding under blankets indoors and making happier post; one charged with expectation and hope, wishes for a little green and warmth.

Looking back 17 years with this #One shot for #BlueSkyArtShow, with a PA Dutch tradition for a child on their first birthday; their own cake to demolish/consume. In our case it was bittersweet, with allergic reactions, restrictive diets and always having an epipen on hand thereafter

Black and white render from 400 ft up, looking upstream from the end of Long Level, and the very deserted shoreline of winter; no jetties or docks, as people have pulled anything that the river's icy flows can destroy up onto land. Top third of the image has the gentle contrast of a wall of grey cloud, with the horizon just showing the islands off Wrightsville and Lancaster County on the right. The Long level road and properties running down the left hand side of the image, while the waters fill the bottom right two thirds.

Thankyou; I find it much easier to visualize the parks from above, but its tricksy as I don't want to annoy anyone with a drone so try to stay high and well away from the parks and their wildlife.

Worst movie ever made ... no; product of its time, there were many similar. Some solid performances, Ron Silver and Bruce McGill doing what they could with their parts. Heavy on the cheese; R rated popcorn flick of its day
