Hyperactivity doesn’t always involve a body in motion. It can be internal, invisible, quiet. It can manifest as mental fatigue or a buzzing sensation in your chest. It’s restlessness and rumination. It’s that feeling at night when you close your eyes but your mind won’t settle.
