Since Sengoku Basara, I have always had the interest to know more about extremely popular or classic japan series or games that don't make it to the west the same way in terms of popularity. One of the reasons I wanted to know more about Kaiten Mutenmaru, Power Pros series, etc.

wont tell you to do that just right away (it's better to ask your psychologist) but I wonder if being able to confont the pain more (like sharing your pain about specific things with your family for example) rather than avoiding it, could help you. I know it's easier said than done though...

I think that an important direction now is really trying to find a way of how you can reach peace in your heart about those struggles. It's fair that she's unable to help you in those aspects because are complex situations that demand some time to be fully processed+

Have you considered engaging in community based therapy? I think it would be nice to have more support irl too. There's nothing wrong in having periods of isolation, but if it's for too long, it could end up harming you

I imagine that you would want a gameplay that is more hardcore and complex in those segments and cult of the lamb is not that (the game is very fun but has a different purpose)

Imagine how having a tail could make things difficult in a wrestling fight. Not only it could be easily grabbed, it also could add unnecessary weight and break balance.
