Events | Night Sky Network
This is the Night Sky Network Nationwide Events Calendar.
It can be kind of difficult to find a place to stargaze in the Baltimore area. Most of the good places are closed at sunset.
Your best bet is to check for public events at one of the local astronomical societies. They have access to many facilities at night. nightsky.jpl.nasa.gov/club/events/
