Flossing was a difficult habit to keep up for me because the typical “every other day” recommendation meant I wasn’t reinforcing the habit daily to make it routine, but it clicked once I considered it “floss every day, but up to twice per week you can say ‘nuh uh I don’t wanna’”

It’s wild that dnd 5e and its updated versions have stuck as the current edition for 11 years at this point and still getting new sets of paint by with when AD&D, 3rd, and 4 edition only got roughly half that long of a life cycle on average
