I am currently on my way to another hearing regarding my federal charges for protesting ICE.

Yes, so in other words, they generated assets by using AI tools trained on basically everything which means they stole other people's art to create placeholders, and then shipped the game with it. Then they got called put for it on day on3 and quickly patched it. That's scummy AF.

I've been working in the games industry for over a decade now, and tons of games in AAA and indie alike that don't use any form of gen AI. Your broad strokes are just blatantly false.

Lots of people care about gen AI, clearly. It's a topic of constant discussion and debate. If your game breaks policy, you're not eligible. Period. Gen AI is trash, and whether it's a small contribution or not doesn't change the policies against using it.

It's the truth, even if some folks can't handle the truth.
