I have always been a fan of President Jimmy Carter. He made my education possible by expanding Pell Grants and I am forever thankful. As a great librarian at my school once said “Knowledge is power” and he gave me the gift of powerful knowledge. Rest in peace Mr. President. You truly deserve it!

Frost is actually good for the collard patch. Frost makes collards sweeter and tender. We had a great frost this Sunday morning.

I had these magnificent Watermelon Radishes at several “fancy” restaurants and decided I could grow them. Violà!!! Here’s mine! Also still finding tomatoes 🍅 and figs.
