Poland proposes Baltic Sea military patrols to counter Russia
The initiative follows the suspected sabotage of a submarine telecoms cable last week.
These mysteriously damaged cables under the #BalticSea are in line with Russia’s sneaky hybrid warfare tactics. Their prompt denials & lack of ownership make me question their true ‘power’.
