Feeling grateful in Lancaster while walking with Nach. Tomorrow is #ElectionDay and I want to give a sincere thank you to Lancaster County Democratic Committee for having me work with them and it’s been a pleasure to speak to Penn Manor Democrats, East Hempfield Forward, and Manheim Township Dems.

As I head the the Equal Rights, Equal Care rally in Harrisburg… seeing this memory that was two years ago on this day, has a special meaning in my heart and keeps me going in the pursuit of Equality (and Equity) for all.

Although I’m now permanently in Lancaster, I’m still proud to unite with my Delco crew in Harrisburg tomorrrow! Come join us!

Let me try to put this on a 5-year-old level.

You come home from school… your mom and dad are fighting over what’s the best snack… butterscotch krimpets or chips ahoy (I’d go for the krimpets)! All the while, secretly, your grandma moved in and you just lost your bedroom.

What the fallen gave us, was something enduring. They showed us what it means to live with purpose. What it means to believe in something bigger than yourself. And they reminded us that this country—imperfect as it is, divided as it may feel—still produces people willing to give everything for it.
