i try to socialize but i just feel very numb. which i guess is better than feeling like the grounds gonna open and swallow me whole.

I know i can try different meds. because clearly this constant upping of dosage is just not working. Having a month of greatness to then only be crush again gets sad

i think it really struck me at dinner tonight. loved what i was eating but just…had zero interest. i haven’t even been able to pick up DA in probably months atp. I know im not sleeping well. it’s just frustrating because i feel like i try to do every right. i take my meds, i eat better-
