Lucanis and my Rook Firion are out in Treviso on a date. Firion is walking on a parapet with his arms spread for balance and Lucanis is holding his hand, looking up at him with love and admiration. Firion is wearing his usual green tunic and elven leggins (barefoot of course) and on his shoulders he's wearing Lucanis' mage killer jacket. Lucanis himself is wearing casual clothes: a light blue button down and his usual grey pants. In the background you can see the beauty of Treviso, the canals and bridges and the market lights. I worked my butt off on this one, enjoy!

It is done! My most detailed and biggest piece of this year and I'm so very proud of it! Firion and Lucanis are out enjoying their date in Treviso. 🩷

By the way, this is not meant to be a "you should do this and every other way is bad" post, it's just the way I like to do it and how I achieve my whimsical soft powdery lips style 🥹

1) Draw the shape
2) Do the base colors
3) Thin out and remove the lines (keep them where the lips are touching and at the top and bottom that defines the unique shape)
4) Add shading with a slightly more saturated lip color
Of course you could add more shading and details but these are the basics 🩷

I figured out my screen recorder today and 1) I wanted to try it out and 2) I did a little step by step tutorial on the basics how I draw lips (pictures in the replies)!

Lips are my favourite thing to draw... I spend so much time on the shape, I want to invest even more time on colours and shading and such!! But it's usually not worth it because nobody zooms in as much as I do 🤣

My take on Lucanis as a mafia boss. He's wearing a black suit with a white button down shirt. He's wearing black dress shoes with dark red soles and purple socks that have pink eyes on them as a nod to Spite. He's sitting in a purple padded chair and he's holding a green apple in his hand because he still advocates for healthy food! In the background you can see a wall of various modern assassination weapons and a coffee table with his signature mug on it.
