As one of the cities is a Cyberpunk counterpart to the floating Island. Basically the corporate shell that is Nueva York's Below District.

Actually, that is the best way to describe the two. Nueva York 2099. Iykyk.

The last island is still under development.

Despite the technological advancements one of the islands has stayed rural almost like San Juan in Puerto Rico. It is a fisher town.

Which was actually the First established island. Serenity began humbly and slowly reshaped into something amazing. Yet, like I said the cracks were there.
