NBC seems puzzled why Americans are struggling if inflation has cooled. Cooled means it's slowing, but costs are still up 10-25%. If income hasn't increased the same amount (and it hasn't bc increases are largely corporate greed), people go without basic needs to get by. It's really not difficult.
