Anyway going to try and focus on what’s in my control. We deserve meaningful investments in transit and active transportation. Young people should be able to ride the bus for free. Kids should be able to safely get to school outside of a car. Multiuse paths should be abundant.

It says lot that despite everything, I can open @bsky.app, and scroll through folks exchanging sword photos with @jay.bsky.team.

My feed feels representative of the people I follow. As I expect it to be. Thank you.

I hear this. It’s been rad to learn about where other folks are at in their journeys, what interests them, what they’re focusing on, etc.

@kyleshevl.in I started a “CS book club” meetup in Lafayette, CO for similar reasons. Though I struggle between wanting to socialize vs wanting to get stuff done/research. It feels like my brain can’t decide until day of.

I need to revisit algos and data structures. I’ve been focused on product for years, my whiteboard interviewing edge is basically gone. Would reviewing with rust make it more interesting or flame me out?
