I think the challenge here is that while it might just be vibes, vibes are the primary way people make these decisions and that’s not something that can be changed.

Historically, we had organizations like the media and political movements that had some kind of structure to help refine base desires into something productive. What we do now that those no longer work is unclear to me.

I think that this is one of the great challenges of the modern progressive movement. There is a lot of messaging that is maybe a couple decades out of step because it was designed for a world where substantially more legible oppression was within the living memory of adults.

This and fertility rates are the two issues that are both obviously important but 99.9% of people are incapable of being normal about. CHH is the unicorn who is able to thread the needle on each.
