Thanks! I'm not sure they'd decline it, but my natural reaction is self-deprecation and my work isn't good enough, especially for a corporation like Microsoft.

Sometimes I'm energetic enough to not care, but other times it's easier to avoid hearing it.

The issue now mentions this PR, so we'll see!

Thanks! I didn't, because I went back to the issue and someone from the Microsoft team said they probably don't want a menu option for it but to do it automatically, which would require looking into when the window gets focus.

It's been years since I touched Rust, but Microsoft released their new editor written in Rust and one of the issues was asking for a "reload" option.

I thought it'd be fun to try add and 5 minutes later, BAM!

The code is delightfully simple.

Now to get guts to make a PR.

Also, don't waste your time on fancy languages or 3rd party string libraries, just do it in raw C89 using the standard library. `strtok` is good enough for anyone.

"Avengers: Doomsday" announced 27 major characters, with some surprises probably not mentioned.

If the movie is 2 hours long, and only consists of the characters talking, each person only gets 4.5 minutes of dialogue.

And now I kinda want a "Avengers: Discussion" movie.

Last night vs. tonight. Overlapping the images you get to see the tiny sliver it's grown. I tried adding that sliver to this image, but it just looked wrong, but I thought this looked neat anyway, so :shrug: it is.

Yeah, almost, I think?

Instead of "ramp", I meant "ramp over a gap", so it's not guaranteed to be continuous.

Also, currently e.g, a corner piece is rotated to cater for all 4 corners, which fine, duplication or a tiny bit of "oh, I should be inverse" logic could solve.

Maybe I'm overthinking it.

You could just aim at the hole, but there might be obstacles in the way.

You could do path-finding, but you might add a ramp, or a non-golf tile.

Maybe golf tiles need to have movement direction hints on them, or perhaps I'm just making things more complicated than they have to be?

@kenney.bsky.social published some minigolf assets, and while my prototype is doing them no favours, it did bring up an interesting dilemma.

I'm using a generic in-game tile placer.

Being generic, it doesn't know about types of tiles. So on subsequent shots, how do you know where to aim next?
