My work is the polar opposite. They refuse to hire more junior bookkeepers and think AI will just make them able to take on more clients (they are already insanely overworked and the AI makes so many mistakes it is causing more work)

Job 1 - they put their zip code wrong on the W2 and I had to correct.
Job 2 (the one I just got fired from) - didn't withhold enough Ohio tax, and withheld too much federal tax.
