I was a little worried that by attenuating the physical symptoms in this way that I was reducing the efficacy of the vaccine. After a little bit of research, all signs point to this not being the case. The antihistamine just lessons the symptoms the vaccine causes.

For the last two covid shots, I've taken a Claritin right after the shot, and the difference in the intensity and the duration of the symptoms has been remarkable. I wasn't sure until after the second time doing this that it was a placebo. It still might be but probably not!

spent about 45 minutes tracking down why my app was logging 401 errors but the browser was not seeing the 401s.

I was using Option::or_else(my_401_macro!(...))? 🤦

So the macro which returns a 401 after emitting a tracing log was always getting evaulated b/c I wasn't using a closure.
