I’m so scared and I’m so frustrated.

Everywhere I look, the idea of “being genuine” and being open+honest with emotions is advertised, but reprimanded if practiced. Not even just at work, it’s everywhere.

I cannot even begin to express how extremely anxiety-inducing work is rn. I wasn’t as energetic for a couple weeks while I struggled with meeting expectations of my boss-boss and now I’m getting a “your demeanor has shifted and we’ll be addressing that” I’m Diagnosed with an Anxiety Disorder ?????
