Japan ruled for me as an introvert, and just being around large crowds doesn't me luckily. I find its the talking that gets me, and not knowing the language makes each interaction a puzzle/challenge so its more fun than stressful :>

Disgaea Etna ZBrush Sculpt Process: 95% complete! I sculpted the hair, made some small changes to the expression, and finalized the clothing. I then modeled the Prinny dood. Now that he's in place, we can finish Etna's right hand and tail. ❤️

She got wings and twintails! I prefer to sculpt the face neutrally towards the end of the process, then move the head in place and adapt the expression to try and match the personality of the subject. Etna gets to be the smug brat we know her as 😈 We're almost done! 💜

the 3rd party company I was hired through supposedly had no idea and didn't tell anyone it was pretty shady or tell them to get out. I just stopped going to their training after I realized it was a shady operation, others were not so lucky and ended up working for nothing.

not to dox myself, but I was almost hired by one of the companies who was abusing this system to get tens of thousands of dollars for hiring people who are "on the dole". The company was a boiler-room operation so not only were they preying on unemployed individuals they were scamming too! far out

This is how I learned there’s a group of wargamers painting minis in various sets of Pride colors and raising money for trans-youth supporting UK group Mermaids.

Scrolling through the @prideonparade.bsky.social page, seeing all the minis, was good for my soul.

I only restarted the hobby recently, and it's amazing how different my first paint jobs are to even 5 minis later, always progressing in some way!

And remember, you can always paint it again! There are ways to strip paint and re-use old minis for new things! Keep crafting, if this one doesnt turn out the way youd like, you learned how to do the next one better!
