The workers want this settled, but Air Canada is refusing to negotiate.

Air Canada has delayed flights longer than it took the government to trample the workers’ rights.

In an almost unthinkable display of conflict-of-interest, a former Air Canada legal counsel, Maryse Tremblay, will rule on whether to end job action by striking Air Canada flight attendants at the Canada Industrial Relations Board.

If Air Canada wants planes in the air, it should pay the flight attendants who staff them fairly. Good on the union for keeping up the pressure.
