This movie was just so tonally inconsistent I felt unable to know how I should have felt after watching it.

The fights weren't even that great.

I don't know what I was expecting out of this and it still did not deliver.

Kevin Durand as this holy ass angel is funny as fuck though after seeing him in shit like Real Steel and X-Men Origins: Wolverine

I like Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans though.

Unironically lose a half-point cause I hate how half the characters treated the protagonist when he was trying to tell them about the fucking shark.

Too real, I hate stupid ass people, god dammit.

The latter half of the movie is really good imo.

This was cool. Wish some of the marines weren't just meat grinder fodder, but Hicks is cool, he's a cool soldier guy who shoot shoot, and I really like the acting in this movie; 100-to-0 soldiers losing their shit well done.

This movie is slow as fuck, I love it.

Feels like the anti-thesis to why I like The Thing in some way and it does it far enough that it makes it so great.

#4 - Alien: Romulus - 6.5/10

My first Alien movie that isn't Prometheus lmao.

It was pretty alright but watching Alien and Aliens right after made me like it less in hindsight.

Some of the references 1000% felt like references for the sake of it.

Yes I like Marvel slop.
