I saw “Materialists” and really liked it.Celine Song is a wonderful Writer/Director I got so caught up in the characters and dialogue so original and intelligent.It’s a Drama/Romantic Comedy hybrid exploring relationships which gives you a lot to think about with excellent performances all around.

And hopefully Mekania is right next to him when it happens.

Absolutely not! If they are cavalier with your feelings and it’s a pattern of behavior give them a good helping of more of the same and if they bristle at it that demonstrates they are sell centered. Problem is you can’t teach adults kindness and empathy so you may have to move on.
