I got two book orders delivered the other day. Your packaging was pristine. Book was beautiful. Other book's packaging was all fucked up and had a bent corner.

Why did your book attack the other book?

i dont think multiple democratic governors should have lowered flags to half mast for a racist who said gay people should be stoned. i dont think a democratic governor should have called for continuing "the work" of a man who said mlk was a myth and evil.

Wild how Shadowrun today feels like an optimistic alternate future. Native Americans gain independence from the U.S. government? A benevolent dragon becomes the president and governs by suicide? People still communicate primarily through message boards? Sign me the fuck up.

I know this is extremely vulgar idealism, but I do think we should try to aggressively reassert the norm that lying is bad. Not in a "Four Pinnochios" fact-checking kind of way, but in a way that frames this kind of lying as moral degeneracy that is fundamentally corrosive to the human spirit.
