I’ve been sick this last week, so not much art. I did finally catch Arceus in Pokémon Legends Arceus though. 🎉

Went to a bachelorette party tonight for my future sister-in-law and met her gorgeous lesbian cousin and let’s just say I was gay panicking the entire time.

Behind the word is an orange explosion similar to the superhero genre onomatopoeia. This is an original design by Mel Bredthauer and will soon be a heavy duty vinyl sticker.

I have completed a Yaoi masterpiece. The “FWOP!” Soon to be a sticker. Drawn using Prismacolor premier colored pencils and a paint pen. 😎 did not mean to use BakuDeku colors but realized halfway through. I guess that ship lives in my soul. 😅

The last few days the only time I’ve been able to draw is after my kids are all in bed. Which means I’ve been staying up WAY too late. And haven’t been getting enough sleep. I gotta figure out a better time to draw. 🌝

I started watching Yuri on Ice for the first time and guys I am INSPIRED.

Goodreads books in review thing for 2025. I read 140 books totaling 31,471 pages. Most of what I read is manga and graphic novels, but there were a good number of full novels as well. Books are great. I also branched out to read some genres I don’t normally read. Which was neat.

I read MANY books in 2025. I love books. Most of it was manga. Like 20 actual novels. Which is still a shit ton of novels. It was a good year. Not expecting to read as much this year, but hoping to hit 100.

My ex-husband was upset when we were hiking with our 2 two young kids, (3 and 6), and I was fucking PREGNANT and he didn’t like how slow I was hiking. I learned to HATE hiking with that man. And I realized that I’ve always been a slow hiker. I’m learning to enjoy hiking again. With the right people.

Me! Wearing a Santa hat that I crocheted. It’s very warm and I am proud of it. I didn’t use a pattern, just figured it out as I went. I did have to pull out a bunch of stitches about halfway through, but I got it done. Huzzah!

The last few days I’ve been working on crocheting myself a Santa hat. I wanted a nice one so I figured I’d make one. Huzzah! Merry Christmas! Happy yule! And Happy holidays!

Got after my dad this morning for putting a picture of me and my children into ai for a “cute Christmas photo.” 😐 Im so tired of AI. I hate it so much. I just want to draw art and not be afraid of my dream job disappearing into shit while the environment collapses.
