Fallen a bit behind on Anki, so I spent a good chunk of time today pulling up coding challenges cards and writing the solutions for review. Have a lot more to do, but hey, haven't forgotten everything. Studying SQL today! #100devs

I know I'm like 20 years late on the no-knead bread thing, but I've been making it a lot lately. The near-zero effort is kinda irresistible.

Plans for this week have been a bit derailed by jury duty, which may continue into next week. I'll know by EoD! Hoping I get some contract work this week or next to make up the costs of driving and pet sitting!

My react dog site now lets admin make time slots unavailable in the booking form. I think there's a lot more I could do (and would do if I'm using this template for production), but I think it might be good enough for now. The detail-oriented person in me could spend so much more time! #100devs

Goals today: Dog grooming day, hopefully finish my sample/template react site, bake the bread dough fermenting in my fridge. Next I really need to work on my algorithms and a bit of SQL, because honestly most of my projects so far seem like they could've used a relational db. #100devs

Yesterday, I made a simple photo masonry (material ui) and hooked up my backend. Since this project is mostly a sample/template, I don't want to go too bananas with the admin dashboard. A way to mark booking status and block dates on the calendar should be enough for now. #100devs

How detailed does a sample site need to be? Well apparently I need an end date calendar that only appears for select services, as well as a "one-off or weekly" selection that appears for others. Continuing to poke at my React/Tailwind site. I've got an accordion on my services page now. And it's one column, because it was going to take more work for Material UI to behave itself with a 2-col layout. Now more logic for the booking form, maybe a gallery, and taking care of admin! #100devs
