I learned this lesson early on in my youth while living in San Francisco. Being a cute femme thing back then, I’d get harassed by cops. Most would just give me a hard time, but some wanted… favors.

Bovino is just the patsy - a noxious and odious fall guy. Stephen Miller is the architect and prime mover of the whole thing. Everything they do is at his direction - often after his threats. As long as he runs policy in the WH, nothing will change no matter how many Bovinos come and go.

I would argue that "abolish ICE" is the new centrist position. As you say, DHS needs to be torn down too. The Coast Guard needs to be returned to the DoD. Noem and her pet boy Lewandowsky need to be fired. Miller needs to go YESTERDAY.

My understanding is that Noem's position is in jeopardy too. These lickspittle quislings never seem to understand that there is room in Trump's heart for only one thing, and that's Trump. You don't get to make him look like a fool and keep your job.

It took me a little while to learn this, but a quick rule of thumb I've picked up in this day and age is "you go looking for artists. They don't go looking for you." Tiny or nonexistent portfolios also are a warning flag.
