As a pet 'owner' (of course, it's the other way round) I think I/others should be licensed. Not only that, have our homes visited by a registered person to ensure suitability for a pet or pets. I/we should have to sign a legal agreement to put a pet's welfare first, through good times and bad.

Cisgeschlechtliche Menschen haben sich nahezu nie in der Intensität damit beschäftigt und glauben daher man könne etwas überstürzen.
