Friday Night Fun. Starts earlier than usual.

Here’s the still life with lemons that I finished earlier in the year.

Finished my second oil painting. I will be teaching a class this April at the Atelier School of Art in downtown Royal Oak, MI in case you’d like to paint a still life of either apples or lemons. Yay.

Finished my second oil painting today (been working in acrylic since the early nineties) anyway, when you finish a painting at Atelier School of Art in Royal Oak, MI you get to bang a lovely gong. I went easy on it this time. Not so much next time.

Got a gig this Saturday. Writing songs is one of the ways I RESIST. Raccoon Dogs is the live band variant of a smaller resistance project called Covid Bros. We put out two albums (apple music, Spotify) in 2020 during the pandemic lockdown. Now we've mutated and are playing live in the Detroit Metro.
