We know if WBD accepts this, Trump is gonna have regulators approve the deal the next goddamn day, and if they go with Netflix, will draw it out for probably over a year.

So, the info on this new Paramount Skydance offer to WBD all but confirms what I thought...that Trump is pushing this because of CNN.

The new kicker is they will cover the 2.8 billion to walk away from Netflix and a $7 billion kicked if the gov't delays the deal...which of course won't happen

Damn shame, the state of affairs.

Because he will have them all arrested, and none of them have the balls for that.

Get ready, because Trump is gonna use this as an excuse not to release the files.

Sunday should be a fun time. Gonna be doing a Donate-a-Thon, looking to fund a new controller as mine has been terrible for years. SCOTUS just struck down all the tariffs as unconstitutional. They officially defined tariffs as taxes on the American people, and the executive branch does not have the power to do such, only a majority Congress.

Finally, they actually followed the Constitution.

That's the other reason they are so desperate to get the deal done. They want to close before the Oracle stock tanks.

Netflix gave a 7 day window for Skydance to make one final offer. I'm sure the Saudis are lining up a ridiculous cash offer they think Netflix can't counter...reality is Netflix is trying to bankrupt Skydance.

That was two weeks ago, and Skydance made 3-4 more offers since.
